With our monthly billing plan, you’re billed for every employee on Justworks PEO on the fifth of each month or the closest business day following if the fifth falls on a weekend or holiday. Justworks Payroll customers are billed monthly for every active member on the platform on the 15th of the following month. 

PTE Pricing: Standard Administrative Fees for part-time employees (defined as 29 or fewer expected hours per week) are $79 per part-time employee for PEO Basic and PEO Plus. Part-time employees are not eligible for benefits on Basic or Plus. For Justworks Payroll, Administrative Fees are $8 per part-time employee per month.

Our plans are flexible. They’ll change with you! If you’re a customer on our PEO Basic or Plus plan, you’ll be billed monthly for each employee with active status on the platform. This includes currently working full-time employees, part-time employees, employees on leave of absence, and seasonal employees who aren’t working but haven’t been terminated. If our PEO Basic Plan no longer fits your company’s needs, Justworks Payroll might be a better fit. Payroll is a flexible option for teams of any size.

Yes, you can switch between any plans or products, including switching between our PEO Basic and Plus plans and between Justworks Payroll and Justworks PEO.

The price you pay for Justworks depends on which service or plan you're signed up for. Justworks PEO pricing starts at $79 per month per employee for our Basic plan and $124 per month per employee for our Plus plan. Justworks Payroll customers pay $8 per month per employee plus a $50 base fee.

Both Justworks PEO Basic and Justworks PEO Plus plans offer access to 401(k)s, health and wellness perks, fitness memberships, and health insurance reimbursements through an ICHRA.

However, Justworks PEO Plus also includes access to medical, dental, and vision coverage through large group or small group plans. Premium wellness perks like access to health advocacy services, on-demand patient care, talk therapy, and family building and fertility services at no additional charge.

US-based contractors and vendors are priced at $8 per contractor per month. You’ll only be charged for months you process payments, which means you only pay when you actively use the feature. Translation: no hidden or bundled fees.

Any payments to international contractors will cost $39 per active paid international contractor plus applicable exchange rate fees. We believe in transparency, so you'll be able to view the exchange rates on every transaction with operating costs built in. Exchange rates may vary depending on several factors like the amount of money sent, country you’re paying contractors from, and the currency being used.

To sign up for Justworks PEO, you need at least two full-time or part-time W-2 employees. Any size company can be on Justworks Payroll.
